About: Detective Douchebag who's a very corrupt cop, but not in the "I take money from criminals' sort of fashion but instead he outright murders people.

Adachi may at first seem like he's a good-for-nothing and lazy, not really doing much anything that might seem suspicious at first. However, his true colors are The Egocentric Police Dick (as said by a certain Grand Pix that he hasn't experienced) who joined the cops because he wanted a gun, started killing because he was bored and wanted to quite literally watch the world burn and blame it on everyone else. Overall, not a very nice person.

Adachi summons his Persona without destroying a card like all the other characters in the game, instead just holding his head and manifesting the Persona into being.

Magatsu-Izanagi
Magatsu-Izanagi (禍津伊弉諾) means "Calamity Izanagi." This refers to Izanagi's state before he washed away the filth from Yomotsu Hirasaka in a failed mission to retrieve his late consort, Izanami.

Magatsu-Izanagi also represents "Emptiness;" Adachi himself represents "Emptiness," distaste for the world at large, in Izanami's experiment to determine the value of humanity, which further shows Magatsu-Izanagi's connection to the Fool Arcana.
